RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All we want for you is to be happy with your purchase experience for which we offer exchange under the following conditions
- All the orders go through thorough quality check, However In an unlikely event, If you were shipped the wrong item or the goods are having any manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate exchange process.
- You will need to share images of the item received, So we can evaluate the same and take appropriate action.
- We will send you an instruction email or SMS on your contact number, about the exchange process.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange items. We are not liable if the item is lost/damaged or not received during the exchange process until it reaches us. We suggest that you use trusted service provider for safer process.
- We do not offer any return or refunds on any order.
- We do not offer any exchange/returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or slight colour variations due to different monitor colour contrasts, different browsers.
- There are strictly no returns or exchange on any sale/discounted and pre-order items.
Please Note:
All returned goods are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject any exchange claim , if we conclude it is not in an appropriate condition.
This includes if swing tags are not attached, security garment ribbon not attached , any damage or threads pulling out , original tags not intact ,it has any make up, markings or an odour. In this unlikely event, we will notify you by email or SMS and ship the goods back to you.
Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as we strive to process our orders promptly.
